How should I prepare my books for a free pickup?
Boxing your items can speed scheduling, but it’s not required. If you can't, just mention it when you call and we'll work with you.
How many books or items do I need to qualify for a free pickup?
There’s no minimum. One box or a hundred—if it’s books, DVDs, CDs or games, we’ll take it.
Will you carry books from upstairs, basements, or tight spaces?
Yes—we bring them to your door no matter where they’re stored in the house.
Can I get a tax‑deductible donation receipt?
We aren’t a 501(c)(3), so we don’t issue tax receipts—but your contribution still benefits local schools and charities.
What happens if some of my books are torn, moldy or damaged?
We’ll haul them regardless. Unsellable items are recycled or disposed of responsibly instead of hitting the landfill.
How soon can I schedule a pickup once I call?
We frequently book same‑day slots if you call early; otherwise next business day is common.
